Here is some common reasons that might be useful to understand why your topup has failed:
If you noticed 'Oops, something went wrong' after tapping entering the top up amount:
1. You have topped up S$25,000 cumulatively on the previous top up and will exceed our annual top up limit.
2. Your current top up may cause you to exceed the S$25,000 annual top up limit.
We have placed a top up limit of S$25,000 to comply to MAS' regulation of annual S$30,000 expenditure on your BigPay account.
If you noticed 'Oops, something went wrong' after key in the 'OTP' to validate the top up:
1. It might means the top up is not approved by the bank issuer on security concern.
2. You are trying to top up with an inactive bank card
