Starting from 2nd May 2023 onwards, the blue physical card will no longer be issued automatically during your registration. It will only be given upon request, along with a S$10 issuance fee charged to your account balance.
You may kindly check the 'Card' section BigPay app to check if you have received a virtual white card instead.

If you require a physical blue card to perform your daily transactions, you may kindly apply for a physical card under the 'Card' section.
Do take note that a S$10 will be charged to your account balance for this physical card issuance.
