- New cards should take 5-7 working days to reach your address.

For New Users
Starting from 2nd May 2023 onwards, the blue physical card will no longer be issued automatically during your registration and will only be given upon request.

For each issuance of the physical card, your account will be charged S$10 as the issuance fee. For more information on the steps to apply for a physical card, kindly click this article: [Card] How to apply for a physical blue card as a new user? 💳
For Existing Users
If you have replaced your Physical card via the app or chat with us, you will receive a new physical card with different card details.
While waiting for your new Physical card to arrive, you can use the Virtual card for online transactions first 😉 For more information on the usage of Virtual cards, please click this article: [Card] What is a virtual card? 💳
It usually takes about 5-7 working days (Mondays - Fridays, excluding public holidays) for the BigPay Visa card to arrive in the mailbox of your registered shipping address 📫
You can view the movement of the card by clicking "Card" at the bottom of your app. Once it has been received by CityLink, you will get a tracking number in your app and further track the card delivery via this website:
It says "Delivered" but I haven't received my card.
