[Local Bank Transfer] What does my transfer status means?

For the bank transfer to other Singapore banks, certain banks support Real Time Transfer (RTT), while the others will be following Standard Time Transfer (STT).

 

(1) Real Time Transfer (RTT): Your transfer should arrive at the recipient bank within 10 minutes.

(2) Standard Time Transfer (STT): Please refer to the schedule below:

Monday - Friday
- Transfer made before 5 PM SGT: To arrive by the end (11:59 PM) of the next working day.
- Transfer made after 5 PM SGT: To arrive by the end (11:59 PM) of the next 2 working days. 

Saturday - Sunday/Public Holiday
- To arrive by the end (11:59 PM) of the next 2 working days. 

Curious about what your local bank transfer status means?

a) A "Pending" Status

If you are seeing a "Pending" status - it means your transfer request has been received and is being processed for the recipient's bank on crediting. 

Kindly look out or advise the recipient to check on the bank statement for the following transaction name: Tranglo Pte Ltd G051xxxxxxxxxx to know if the credit is in, despite BigPay's status showing 'Pending'.

The status in the BigPay app will be updated around 2-3 working days after the crediting is made.

b) A "Delivered" Status

If you are seeing a "Delivered" status - it means your transfer request has been received by the recipient's bank on crediting. 

Kindly look out or advise the recipient to check on the bank statement for the following transaction name: Tranglo Pte Ltd G051xxxxxxxxxx as the transfer should have been credited.
