Account low in balance? You may use a prepaid card issued by Visa or Mastercard to perform the top-up and here's the A-Z to perform a top-up for your BigPay account:
Step 1: After performing a login, tap on the "+" button on the home screen.
Step 2: Key in the amount you wished to top-up and tap "Next" to proceed.
Step 3: Enter your card details via "ATM/Debit card".
Step 4: Key in the prepaid card details including Card Number, Expiry Date, CVC/ CVV. You will be notified on the top-up fee on the next screen and kindly select 'confirm' to proceed:
Step 5: Proceed with keying the TAC received and tap "ok" to validate the top-up request.
Step 6: You should be seeing the following screen with "Good to go!" for successful top-ups.
P.s.: If you noticed the balance is not reflected, kindly close the app and refresh it - the balance should be updated accordingly!

Domestic Prepaid Card:
- Mastercard Debit – 0.6% of the top up amount.
- Visa Debit – 1.25% of the top up amount.
International Prepaid Card:
- Mastercard Debit – 3.05% of the top up amount.
- Visa Debit – 2.5% of the top up amount.
