For any cancellations, the merchant would be the crediting party to your BigPay account. Usually this would take from 1 to 14 working days (not including weekends or public holidays). However, ultimately it would depend on the merchant.
For example, you made a top up to another eWallet but the transaction was unsuccessful, and your money is deducted in BigPay. Not to worry - This should take about 1-3 working days to be refunded to your BigPay account.
How it would look like in your app if the transaction is refunded:
There will usually be a cross on your amount, which means the funds have been added to your wallet.
