It might be due to the following reasons:
- There is a special character in your address, kindly remove any special character such as ' or \ or " or ~ or > or < or &
- You might have an incomplete sign-up account with us previously. Kindly chat with us to allow us to better assist you.
b) If you are seeing "Oops! We're having a connection error" as the following:
It might be caused if you have previously signed up for an account using your email address. Kindly chat with us to allow us to better assist you.
