On this screen, you will see the reasons of why we could not verify your documents. We will be sending a copy of the rejection reason to your registered email address as well. Kindly make the necessary changes or resubmit the documents to allow your next verification to go through.
Here are some tips to ensure the identity verification goes smoothly:
- Ensure that the image is not blurry or dark.
- Switching off the flash will reduce image glare.
- Ensure that the information provided at sign up matches the government issued photo ID uploaded.
- The image includes all four corners of the IC/Working Pass/PR card or Visit Pass
- The video should only has you in it and no one else on the screen.
