Here are some things you can check before reaching out to us:
1) Are you able to get the card from the old address?
2) Is there anyone that you may be able to ask to get the card?
If you wish to get a replacement, you may proceed to contact us for an update of address and replacement. The replacement process would come with a fee charged of S$10.Β
Once we make a replacement, we will email you within 3 working days and your card should arrive within 5-7 working days into your mailbox π«
