We're truly sorry that your card is lost. If your card was active and you lost it, you can straight away make a card replacement in your app 💳
Kindly follow these steps for a card replacement:
1. Tap on the card balance in the home screen.
2. On the screen with your physical card (blue card), click "Freeze Card".
3. Press on "Replace card".
4. Confirm the shipping address you wished to receive your new card on.
5. Write your name on card and confirm the replacement.
Your account will be charged S$10 as a fee for the replacement process.
Card Lost in Transit
If you expected to get a renewal card, and it did not reach your mailbox, kindly contact out live agents, and let them know your address. Our team will assist you with your card replacement 😉
