Yes you can definitely reset your passcode!
When you press "Login" on your BigPay app, you will need to put in your phone number. After receiving the Login Link and clicking on it, you will then be prompted to put in your passcode. Here, you can tap on the 'FORGOT?' in the passcode screen:
You may reset your passcode by answering 2 verification questions.
Kindly make sure your app is up to date and your number is the number you registered BigPay with before trying this.
