"How do I link my BigPay account to my airasia rewards account?"

From the home screen of your app, tap on the 'Explore' icon and select 'airasia points'

Tap "link my airasia points" and enter your login details to link both accounts.

"I don’t have an airasia rewards account"

Follow these simple steps to get started: 

Step 1: Visit airasia.com and click on the "Sign Up" button 

Step 2: Fill in your email address, password and personal information and click "Sign up now" 

Step 3: Verify your email address by clicking on the verification link sent to your email inbox 

Step 4: Your registration is complete once you've verified your email address 

"I'm seeing this error message while trying to link to my AirAsia account"

If you see the error message above, it might be caused by the following reasons:

1. You have linked the login details with another BigPay account at the moment. 1 AirAsia account can only be linked to 1 BigPay account in Malaysia. 

2. Your login details is a SSO from Facebook or Google which is not compatible with this login. You can reset your passcode at the Airasia login page or set a passcode at AirAsia's settings by following this article: airasia Rewards Membership
