[Local Bank Transfer] How do I know my transfer is successful? 🤔

Not sure if your transfer is successful?

For the local bank transfer to other Singapore banks, certain banks support Real Time Transfer (RTT), while the others will be following Standard Time Transfer (STT).

 

(1) Real Time Transfer (RTT): Your transfer should arrive at the recipient bank within 10 minutes.(2) Standard Time Transfer (STT): Please refer to the schedule below:

Monday - Friday
- Transfer made before 5 PM SGT: To arrive by the end (11:59 PM) of the next working day.
- Transfer made after 5 PM SGT: To arrive by the end (11:59 PM) of the next 2 working days. 

Saturday - Sunday/Public Holiday
- To arrive by the end (11:59 PM) of the next 2 working days. 

After performing the transfer, kindly advise the recipient or look out in the bank statement after the process time above for the following transaction name on the particular transfer made: Tranglo Pte Ltd G0********** instead of BigPay Pte Ltd.

The status in your BigPay app would be updated from 'Pending' to 'Delivered' in 3 working days after the crediting process has been completed.

Hence, our reminder is to always check the bank account's balance to know if the credit is in, despite BigPay's status showing 'Pending', but be assured that the funds have been credited into the recipient's account.
