When you press "Login" on your BigPay app, you will need to put in your phone number. After receiving the Login Link and clicking on it, you will then be prompted to put in your passcode. Here, you can tap on the 'FORGOT?' in the passcode screen:
You may reset your passcode by answering 2 verification questions.Â
Kindly make sure your app version is up to date, and your phone number number is your registered number with BigPay.
