Yes! 😊 You can use a Credit/ Debit/ Prepaid card that is not issued by a Singapore bank to top up your BigPay account.
An acceptable card to be used for the top-up would be a card issued by Mastercard or Visa.
However, it will amount to Singapore Dollar in your BigPay account. This is because the currency for your BigPay account will remain in SGD, Singapore currency.
We would advise you to top up using your Singapore bank debit/credit card to avoid any exchange fees charged by your issuing bank when topping up your BigPay card.
