The feature is currently unavailable to allow BigPay Singapore's users to transfer to a BigPay Malaysia's users. The friends' transfer can only be performed between BigPay Singapore's user to BigPay Singapore's user or BigPay Malaysia's user to BigPay Malaysia's user.
