If you had make a transfer or tried to receive a transfer but it doesn't go through and you noticed the following message popped out:
Here's the common reasons why the transfer between BigPay users might failed:
- The contact is saved with emoji in your phone. Eg: "Tan the Contractor ⚙️". In this case, please remove any emoji from your contact list and try again.
- The phone number is not a registered BigPay user
- Sender's/recipient's BigPay card has expired
- The BigPay card is frozen in the account of sender/recipient
- The transfer amount exceeded the balance limit
