For transfers via NAPAS RAILS:

For transfers via non-NAPAS RAILS:

Monday - Friday - Transfer made before 1 PM SGT: To arrive by the end (11:59 PM) of the same working day. - Transfer made after 1 PM SGT: To arrive by the end (11:59 PM) of the next working day. |

After performing the transfer, kindly advise the recipient or look out the bank statement after the process time above for the credit record.
The status in your BigPay app would be updated from 'Pending' to 'Delivered' within 2-3 working days after the crediting process has been completed.
Hence, our reminder is to ask your recipient to check their bank account balance to know if the credit is in, despite BigPay's status showing 'Pending' 📲
