A reversal may take up to 3 working days for unsuccessful transfers.
If you are seeing a "Pending" status - it means your transfer request has been received by recipient's bank on crediting or a initiate refund if the bank details is invalid
The status in your BigPay app would be updated from 'Pending' to 'Delivered' in 2-3 working days after the crediting process has been completed for a bank transfer.
