- Transfer made after 2 PM SGT: To arrive by the end (11:59 PM) of the next working day.
After performing the transfer, kindly advise the recipient or look out in the bank statement after the process time above for the following transaction name on the particular transfer made: Tranglo Sdn. Bhd. G************.
The status in your BigPay app would be updated from 'Pending' to 'Delivered' in 2-3 working days after the crediting process has been completed.
